Role : Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst

 

Overview of Job Description :

CRO Analyst is responsible for analyzing and generating insights from different data sources to understand how users behave online, with a view to improve conversion rates of our product. You are responsible for end to end optimization of prospect, and customer conversions to drive growth and improvements to eForm2290.com users.

You will be primarily required to take ownership of conversion optimization activities, track, change, resolve issues and improve overall website conversions. A strong component of the role is to work independently on the optimization strategy.

You will work closely with marketing, product and business leaders to champion our testing capabilities and strategies, working to cultivate a data-driven, experimentation mindset.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative research on our product to understand why users do or don't convert.
  • Core responsibility is to own conversion optimization strategy from start to finish; conduct data and funnel analysis, define hypotheses, structure, and implement test plans
  • Design, build and execute split testing, multivariate testing and other testing approaches for websites and landing pages to drive fundamental improvements to the website experience and performance
  • Analyzing and evaluating A/B tests, interpret data, identify key findings, make recommendations and share learnings based on testing results to positively impact customer experience, conversion rates, future web developments and further testing iterations
  • Perform on-going analysis of site traffic and sales funnels by channel. Leverage customer insights and constantly perform website testing, monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities, issues, and risks to best react to changing market conditions.
  • Develop and own a regular reporting cadence, in partnership with the analytics team, that will provide actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations & Analytics, Development/QA, Product and Customer support to improve website usage, optimize conversions and performance.
  • Manage and evolve the required infrastructure and process to create best-in-class data oriented customer centric CRO strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Digital Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, Economics, Statistics, Information Science, etc.) is preferred
  • More than 4 years of professional experience in internet based product companies (Ecommerce industry preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience using web analytics solutions (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience executing A/B and multivariate tests using industry tools such as Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, etc.
  • Understanding of front-end web design and development (HTML, CSS and JavaScript/jQuery) preferred
  • Understand user intent and its pivotal role in the journey to conversion
  • Understand the importance of statistical significance when analyzing experiment results
  • An understanding of various methods for visualizing analysis and presenting data in a way that can be easily consumed by less technical staff.
  • Ability to turn insight into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-pace environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
