The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.

Role Description:

  • Provide Thought Leadership to Develop Global Marketing strategies to support and sustain organization’s business growth.
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets and monitor costs.
  • Develop and implement Brand Strategies to build Silvermine Brand equity
  • Be custodian for the organization's Brand Guidelines & Brand management across all its verticals & geographies.
  • Closely work with leadership team to create growth strategies, new product/ service development and brand extensions.
  • Build and inspire creative teams together and vendors as required that guarantees a holistic marketing capability to support the growth of the business
  • Manage and optimize the websites within the group and the use of digital marketing methods to increase traffic and online demand for our services.
  • Lead communication strategy for marketing initiatives and social media campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and measure lead generation programs to grow the sales pipeline.
  • Work to create marketing materials/collateral (physical and electronic) including, presentations, brochures, graphics
  • Manage, optimize, and provide analytics on the company’s presence in social media and other
  • channels.
  • Ensure the creation of case study content that demonstrates the benefits of our Services, Products & Training portfolio
  • Strategic Brand Management
  • Organize and/or ensure participation in relevant technology events, conferences, trade shows, exhibitions that help to demonstrate the company’s technology authority and create a positive image to attract good talent.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to work in Global, Matrix and Team environment
  • Organize PR related activities to showcase the company and its leadership’s industry strengths.
  • Undertake competition analysis and tracking with regular updates to Sales & leadership.
  • Evaluate results of marketing activities and campaigns to measure ROI and effectiveness on marketing initiatives (Awareness, Demand Generation, PR, Events).
  • Digital Marketing skills SEO, SMO, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Twitter, Facebook

Required

  • Proven experience as Head/ Director of Marketing or Marketing Manager, or a similar role.
  • Professional Certifications such as PCM, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing 360, etc. will be preferred.
  • Strong business and financial acumen and the ability to link marketing strategy and results directly to overall business strategy and company financial goals.
  • The ability to develop a strategy from an in-depth analysis of consumer and/or customer insights.
  • Proven success driving results and delivering a return on investment to the company.
  • Comprehensive program development skills, from broad-reach advertising to highly targeted, direct marketing across all relevant marketing channels and platforms.
  • The ability to forge strategic alliances with key partners who can extend and build brand and company relevance
  • Outstanding knowledge of web analytics, Google Ads and CRM Tools such as HubSpot, Marketo etc.
  • Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
  • Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
